Tyler and Lee were very professional. Tyler explained everything clearly giving information about our options which helped our decision to go with a unit that matched our needs. We were especially grateful he did not try to pressure us into upscaling our choice.
I had a bigger problem.. than I thought ….but doug & Austin… handled it all & made it fun! That’s very hard to to do w/ an old house's plumbing problems…! Was never done correctly years ago! But they figured it out , explained my options…& handled it ! Nice nice guys .. that you can trust! Invaluable! All in all a very successful afternoon… thank you both! Barbara S
