Best customer service ever. Everyone I interact with is very professional and polite. Scheduling is a breeze and their techs are always on time. The pest control service is outstanding, one visit takes care of our property for a year. Can't recommend Family Pest Control, enough.

This is our second time trusting Family Pest Control and we were once again reminded why they are the go to company in our area!! We called Tuesday and had an appointment by Friday, they were flexible with our work schedule and came by as late as they could and didn't rush at all. Our service was done by Sheryl and Tre, both super friendly, attentive, and professional. We are still fairly new to texas so they took the time to explain all of the different insects, rodents, pests, etc. that we might encounter and how to pick the best service for us. They were respectful of our belongings, allowed us to move our shoes and what not rather than just going around once like...read full review
