Ricky came over, found the problem. Got the Hokies and had my repair done quickly and effectively. It was such a smooth process and he was so kind and helpful! I would def recommend Elite Roofing and their team for your roofing needs.
My experience was absolutely wonderful. Our repair guy named Jared was super helpful and quick! He took a lot of pictures and explained things to me that I didn’t understand. Every time I called them they were quick to help me and didn’t make me feel like I was bothering them with my questions. 10/10 recommend.
The technician was prompt and polite. I had some patching that needed to be done around my chimney. He took the time to explain the issue, took pictures of the patches before and after, and showed me the finished product. He finished the job quickly and invoiced my home warranty provider so the whole process was seamless. My repair job was a small one but I would definitely use them again.
