Kevin was our tech who came out to replace our AC unit, as well as a new heat pump. He was professional as well as respectful. He worked the entire day well into late evening.to make sure everything was done right. He even came back out to replace the thermostat, our old one was not receiving information from the unit .

Tyler Collerd w/ Caliente just spent a Saturday from about 10am until about Half past 11pm removing, installing, and setting up our brand new Rheem Water Heater.
