?About 1/2 hour before our techniction arrived he called us to let us know he was on his way. Elliott Herrera arrive and since we had been two and a half days without AC he was very welcome. He quickly went upstairs and determined that we had a blocked AC drain. He quickly removed the block and restarted the unit. He was very knowledgeable and gave us some suggestions to help prevent this in the future. There is a reason we use Aramendia Plumbing, Heating, and Air. An A+ to Elliott and Aramendia. Great job.
I had the pleasure of meeting Art and Brian. They were very professional, kind and clean. They laid out there tarps and went to work. They did not waste any time and worked very well together. I called Aramendia when our AC started freezing up. We knew we would need a replacement, and they provided a number of financial options. The installation was scheduled within 3 days. The team who installed the new system, Marcelo and Selena, were professional, courteous, and respectful of the house. They worked quickly and in tandem to install the inside unit and outside blower fan. They wasted no time in bringing the system online, and now that it’s done, we have a cool house again! I could not have had a better experience.
