Matthew G came out and addressed the AC issues. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He explained the repair and was able to get the system running quickly. I would definitely recommend Above & Beyond in the future. Great service!!
Their name says it all! 'Above & Beyond' is not just a name that sounds good, it exemplifies their core values, which I identified as integrity, caring and excellence! No surprises. Matthew came out and accessed the issues on the split heat pumps and gave us a quote for the work needed. Victor, Chris and Stevie arrived on time the next day and serviced both units. The invoice was for the exact price quoted. To boot, Tommy, the GM, took care of all the paperwork to get the units registered for warranty! I highly recommend A&B HVAC!
AC stopped cooling overnight and with having small kids in the house is was important to get it fixed as soon as possible. Gerald responded immediately and showed up the same day, at a time that was convenient for my schedule, and repaired my AC unit. Gerald also showed me how to maintain and clean the unit to prevent future breakdowns.
