“Southfork veterinary saved my dog and I can’t thank them enough. I called the vet we have been going to for 6 years, since my dog is a puppy. My dog never been sick. After 2 days of my dog not eating much, not drinking….They told me to bring her to the Emergency room because they couldn’t see for 5 more days. I called southfork veterinarian, described the symptoms, no hesitation they told me to bring her, it could be serious. They never seen my dog. The vet and technician took care of my dog for 2h, asked me so many questions, listen to everything I said, tested her…they took all the time they needed to help her. The next morning they called me with the blood results and told me to bring her to their other clinic a few miles away because she need treatment immediately. Went to the East Plano vet… Same care for my dog!! They kept my dog 2 nights, kept me updated and found what is wrong with her. Both clinics are extremely qualified, extremely nice, patient, care about the pets and their families. They saved my 6 years old lab, Bailey! They are now Bailey’s doctors! Thank you to all of you.“

Dr. Betancourt assists us and I can say that they have always received me kindly. We have been clients for approximately 3 years. years ago, they helped me with my Lola who died last November, she always had very accurate medical care and she left due to problems typical of her age (13 years old). Dr. Betancourt always helped me know at what stage her heart problem was and letting me know when her time to leave was approaching, all the girls and Drs who came to help me know that they did the best for her and even this past Friday when I took Luna to her first checkup one of the assistants asked me if my My heart was full again (to my surprise she recognized me since she has not attended to me very often and she did so while she and many of the girls greeted and cuddled Luna with praise and kisses) I am very grateful for her words, it touched me enormously and of course I recommend this place.“

“I don't normally leave reviews but I am so offended by Brutus’ story.. I brought my dog Harley in for a routine checkup and abdominal xray as she was having the Hershey squirts for the past week before. We are sitting in the waiting room when all of a sudden this big brolic dog mounts my poor Harley in a fit of rage and lets nature take its course. No help from any of the employees! I have to remove this big horndog from my dear sweet Harley to save her from the horrors that awaited her! But I was too late!! Brutus had already finished the job and now my poor sweet Harley was going to be a mother to his offspring. We ended up bringing her back for the birth of the dogs and I have to say the service was much better this time! Very helpful staff.“
