Yesterday was my first time to try a Hand & Stone massage. You know all those little things other places miss. Hand & Stone gets it right. As soon as you walk in the door you can tell the vibe is what you have been looking for. The staff, on the phone and in person know the importance of customer service and excel at it. There is no pressure to add this or that but are quick to answer an questions. Regarding any massage, communication is key. My massage therapist Camille, asked questions to understand what I was looking for and she followed it exactly. My only complaint is that I didn't sign up for the 90 min, but that's on me. Came in last night with my back threatening to go completely out on me. Harry gave me an excellent sports type massage and today I am back to feeling good. Harry is an excellent masseuse.1
Inviting atmosphere with friendly staff, specifically Simone's beautiful smile! I was impressed with Jeff, my therapist; he addressed (and resolved) my immediate issue while explaining what he was doing and being mindful of his pressure!
