Very prompt , the service technician was very polite, thorough and he was nice to my dogs. He completed checking the unit out side , and the one inside plus looked at the ducts in the attic . Side I was good to go and would see me in the Spring ! We have been using them for several years , and hope to keep it up. Thank you
