John and his entire team at Lotus leaks and roof restoration are excellent at what they do. John handled the entire process of dealing with my home insurance company to address the water damage repairs at our home. He is extremely professional, friendly and gets stuff done. His team is also extremely talented at the jobs they're assigned and truly nice human beings. I'd like to especially call out Luis (extremely responsive and detail oriented, helps with most jobs including fireplace surround, bathroom remodel, crown molding), Jose (hardwood floors) and Jose (painting) for their amazing work. Recently had Lotus do my roof and interior from a 2024 storm. I’m honestly glad I had found them. They got my claim approved when the other roofing companies couldn’t. They did a great job and responded when I wanted something specific done. I highly recommend Lotus if you need roof work done.
