The only nail salon I will ever go to. I have been coming to this salon for over 2 years and I have never had a bad experience. Every one is very nice and professional and they make sure you leave satisfied. The salon is always clean. Kelly always does my acrylic nails and Tan does my gel manicures. They are both great! Mary works at the front desk and she is always super nice and helpful and makes the best mimosas (they are complimentary) I recommend this salon to anyone who wants to have a spa like nail experience. They are the best!!!

DONT COME HERE! Front desk white girl is super rude, refuses to let me speak to a manager because "she makes all the decisions." They need to get rid of her if they want some revenue. She is so rude she could be considered a liability. Anyways there are better nail salons that don't hire disrespectful receptionists! Spent over $300 biweekly everytime I came in with my mother and tipped well. Hopefully they feel good about losing a customer over a front desk receptionist !! :)

If I could put 0 stars I would. We walked in the said it would be 20 min for someone to do our toes. We said fine, they sat us in the massage chair and we waited 35 min almost 40 mins before we got up and left without any service. Meanwhile, two couples that walked in after we did we taken care of while we just sat there. I had high hopes for this Nail location and they highly disappointed me. We left and went down the street to another salon.

I’ve been a customer for years. Been slightly annoyed with the extra charges nickle and diming us for each little thing but still decided to go back. I’ve had acrylic for years and decided to give my nails a little break for a month or so. They seemed annoyed that I only wanted regular polish and not shellac or gel. After sitting 15 mins under the dryer, 3 of my nails messed up and the girl had to come wipe them off while I was at the register. Didn’t put a base coat on those and now they are bubbled and not shiny. Also, my right thumb still has a considerable amount of acrylic powder that wasn’t removed and now looks weird/ deformed. Definitely not what I expected for a $65 bill.
