My list of professionals that I trust is short and Fix-It-Felix is now added to that list. He was given the opportunity to provide services that we thought we should have him complete right away, but he consulted with us, and advised that we would be better served by waiting until a later time. He could have performed the services, charged us, and then came back at a later time and charge us again, but he didn't. He looked out for us, not himself.
Felix is a professional. This is the type of guy you want in an emergency. Calm, cool, collect. Extremely knowledge, courteous and friendly. I heard good things about him but he exceeded my expectations 10 fold. I’m thankful the honest hard working professionals like him still exist.
This was my second service call with Mr. Felix. He responds quickly, and is very knowledgeable and professional. He really seems to care about his customers, and their satisfaction. I feel like I can trust him, which is rare these days! Highly recommended.
