My boy needed a bath terribly and Kim did an amazing job on him. She did exactly what I asked and he looks and smells wonderful. The ladies there are so kind and gave him breaks since he is alot to groom. We will be back. ?

Kim is so sweet and so helpful! I had never taken my dog to a groomer before and she was so kind in listening to my concerns and assuring me that they would do their best to work with me. My dog is older and he was getting nervous every time he heard me say bath or saw me with a comb and would run from me for weeks. He was raggedy and desperately in need of a bath. They not only reassured me when I dropped him off for his first bath, but they followed my requests to not cut or shave his hair. Instead he gets a small trim around the necessaries and he looks so handsome when I pick him up. I think he and my husband's dog now love baths more than they thought they would.

10/10 They are the very best!! Very Professional and still Sweet and Kind. I sent an elderly who was terrified of getting her dogs nails trimmed. They were quick and efficient. Treated her with such respect!! Thank You! Thank You !!
