Very friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, even after 2-1/2 years, my little feral Russian Bleu is still not a fan of ANY other person except me. *sigh* After three attempts we gave up. I'm more than willing to give it a second shot. And I will be calling Carolyn's to give it another try. I just hope they are as willing!

I was unsure what it would be like to get my Maine Coon groomed. He has had a traumatic past prior to us adopting him. Roy was so calm and compassionate with our kitty. All the mats are gone and his coat is silky. Our Mr Kitty stayed calm throughout the grooming - thanks to Roy's patience and churu treats. I will definitely have them groom our kitty again.

I love Carolyn's! They always put my cats comfort and happiness first. They are so patient and kind while my cat curses their ancestors for all eternity. Sometimes, if my cat is feeling particularly moody, they'll come back at a later date to finish the job so she's not so stressed out. I'm so happy to be able to use their services!
