I found Refine Spa and Wellness through yelp/Instagram and so happy I did!! Being new to Lubbock I've been searching to get a deep cleansing facial for a long time, good comes to those to wait (or those who extensively read yelp reviews ;) If the phone call isn't picked up right away do not be dismayed, she's probably with another client. I left a voicemail and a few minutes later Emily returned my call. Overall my experience was great! Emily was so kind and sweet, my facial was wonderful and relaxing. Extractions/exfoliation were part of the facial and my skin looks and feels so soft because of it. My skin needed the TLC!! I asked her questions on how my skin was doing...read full review
