I was VERY PLEASED and EVERY physical therapist were VERY HELPFUL, NICE, PROFESSIONAL, and EXPLAINED EVERYTHING they were doing during my stay. Staff is always ready when I arrived. They took all my physical concerns into play when they gave me exercises. All staff were courteous, concerned and polite. I had a good experience and feel a lot better.
I came in on workman's comp for an ankle injury. All were friendly from the front office staff to my PT to their director. My pain level was at a 6/10 on day one and they really helped me push myself and work toward recovery. I'm a physical therapist myself, and I was impressed with their knowledge and courteous demeanor with myself and the other patients in clinic. Chris was outstanding with helping find my problem areas and hone in on them. Thanks!
