    Brock came over and took the time to explain everything regarding our current AC, what the current issue was and other options of service and replacement. He was very helpful and friendly.     I used Comfort Experts for an installation of a new HAVAC unit. They were wonderful at their job! Everything was done with the utmost care. They each were well trained, and were very knowledgeable about the installation. There was a team of gentlemen to complete the installation, one for the installation of then furnace, one for the installation of the ac unit, and one for the cleaning of the air duct. Even though they had their own specialty, they would pitch in to assist another team member whenever they had finished their job. They were very friendly, and easy to talk. I would definitely recommend this company for your air conditioning, heatingneeds, or air duct needs.     Ian was extremely professional and did a great job for us. When I told him what the AC was doing, he explained what the problem probably was but that he would check it all out. He was such a positive, energetic young man even in this sweltering heat. Thank you, Ian for getting us back up and running in about 30 minutes.

    Salesman:The salesman was new, but had a lot of material and knew exactly where to look, and the type of R numbers and federal rebates that I would receive if I chose different insulation, styles, or types.Service:Came during a heat, wave on time and ready to work. Got the job done in possibly just under two hours confirmed that I appreciated the quality of the work and left. Very courteous very kind very mindful of coming in my house as a guest.

    Felicia was friendly and thorough. She kept me informed. Mike was at my house right when he said he would be. He introduced himself and got right to work. He explained in detail what he found after diagnosis. He was very professional and gave me confidence in what he found.

    I thought pretty highly of your company prior to this experience, but when your tech told me it didn't matter that you were here last month and replaced the capacitor and the system was so dirty, I can no longer support this kind of treatment. If Blake was here 45 days ago and he didn't recommend cleaning the system, and Jeffery B was such a jerk about this visit, and charged me over 400.00 to clean the system when it should have been cleaned a month ago, then trying to tell me I need a surge protector for another 500.00... that's a bunch of garbage. I hope you fire Jeffrey, I would not have him working for my company. He will chase away more business than he oversells!!!

    Colby was our Technician. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and was able to find out what was wrong very quickly. He even explained to me what he was checking and showed me with his tools was the issue was. I have a friend that knows a lot about HVAC and had the part we needed on hand so we didn’t need to use Comfort Experts this time, but if I ever had a bigger issue, I wouldn’t hesitate to have Colby come back out and assist us.

    AC working great. But wanted to take advantage of a reasonably priced check and tune up flyer offering. Tech came out, ran diagnostics, and told my wife everything looked good except for the capacitor, that it was going to go out in a week due to the heat and when it does it's going to put extra load on the other capacitors thereby causing a complete unit failure, and will then cost us a $8K price for a new unit! I know electricity, all the way to the component level and even the substrates that make up individual components, including the 1's and 0' of any given circuitry/program as well. This said, even if the technician saw the measured value of the capacitor at its upper expectable range, there's no way a emphatic dire prediction can be made to state a component is definitely going to go bad in a week!? Scare tactics were used on my wife (my opinion) by telling her if we didn't replace the capacitor for $300 that it is going to go bad destroying our entire AC unit! I was at work therefore could not question the technicians results. After turning down replacing the capacitor. We went with another HVAC company. They also tested said bad capacitor, tested good! Albeit it did test towards the upper range. But that technician said he sees that ALL the time with this type/brand of capacitor as it was a cheaper China capacitor. He still replaced it with a more reliable better built capacitor, taking him 20 minutes and charging us only $20 dollars!There is much much more negative information that I could say, which concerns warranty information along with pricing and labor cost discrepancies but I don't want to waste anymore of my time on writing another novel for people to dredge through, only to find out that this company should be ashamed of themselves for upsaling and trying to strong arm an elderly person into thinking they need to spend hundreds of dollars or their unit will be destroyed!For shame Comfort Experts.

    AC was not cooling. Called. Said $49 for diagnosis trip and asked for CC on phone (which I gave). Sent someone out that day who said system needed 8 lb of coolant and cost of same would be an additional over $3,000 (system takes R-410A which they said had gone up in price). I declined as that seemed excessive. Called another company next day who came, diagnosed same issue, added 5-6 lb of coolant (said didn't need 8), and charged $460 total. System now works normally. I would NEVER use this company again.Service: HVAC system repair
