I highly recommend Roto-Rooter, and a huge reason why is Ralph. From the beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping us find the best solution instead of making the process feel overwhelming or stressful.
Good customer service is hard to find nowadays, but Ralph went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and that we felt taken care of every step of the way. You can tell he truly takes pride in what he does and values the people he works with.

We came home from work to find that our main line was stopped up. Water was flowing backwards into our home. Contacted Roto Rooter after hours. We were thankful that they were willing to send someone to help. Ralph C. and Josh A. came to our rescue. They arrived around 8:50 pm and stayed until 11:10pm. These two gentlemen were very knowledgeable and able to get the problem resolved quickly. They were able to run a camera through our pipes afterwards to show us what caused the problem and educate us on what we could do to prevent it from happening again. My hot water heater was leaking, but Erik swiftly and thoroughly fixed the problem. He also identified and replaced a corroded pipe. Erik arrived at my house within an hour of my initial call on a Sunday afternoon. Highly recommend!
