Onit roofing was absolutely phenomenal. Whitney was very accessible and diligent through the entire process which was great given the trauma we had incurred with the destruction left by the storms. Both our roofs needed full replacement. Her estimates were precise, reasonable and she was here in every step ensuring all was going well. The roofing crew was amazing, relentlessly working from dawn to dusk to finish the work and the final result was prefect. I have already recommended Onit to a friend and can only recommend for their quality and caring work. Kudos to Onit and Whitney!

I had some roof damage. Whitney from Onit roofing was the first to respond to my inquiry. She came out the next day and did a thorough inspection. I had several questions and she would respond promptly and never tried to sell me on something. I ended up getting a repair scheduled in the same week. The crew was great and finished in the same day. They cleaned up nicely and I’m very pleased. Would highly recommend!

Onit Roofing just completed installing a brand new roof to my home. The experience was seamless. The owner was very involved and accessible for all communication. Noticed a water stain on our living room ceiling and by a neighbor's recommendation, we called Josh with Onit Roofing. He was quick to respond and came out to inspect our roof. What I loved most was the pictures he took to explain the issue. Lucky for us it was minor. After the work was completed he sent updated pics. Josh & his team are great.

8/3/24 - I would like to compliment the services rendered by Mr. Jairo Aviles. When I previously met with two local roofing companies to discuss my roof damage, they had only one goal in mind and that was to convince me that I needed a new roof. This was DEFINITELY the wrong approach. When Mr. Aviles arrived, he asked me what services I required. This was DEFINITELY the correct customer-focused approach. I felt as though that the end goal was to satisfy the customer vs. getting a sale. For lack of a better term, Mr. Aviles was “ONIT”!. Now it's time for the repairs to begin.

The experience with ONIT was beyond expectations. Josh was on top of everything from the start and made the whole process easy. When I had questions on the process or quote, he answered it almost immediately if he had the information or started researching it and communicated when he’d have an answer. He presented sensible upgrade options that enhanced the value of our home, lowered energy bills and lowered insurance premiums. The replacement was better than expected, the crew was professional, hard working and finished as planned. They cleaned up afterwards leaving everything as they found it. There were no nails in the street as I’ve seen with other roofers in my neighborhood. A great experience!

The siding was missing from a part of my chimney and a bunch of it was cracked on my garage. Josh sent a drone up to take pictures and found additional areas that needed to be fixed. I had two other companies out to quote and neither of them caught that. Josh is very professional and an excellent communicator throughout the process. They gave us a good price, the work was done fast, and it looks great. I expected a higher price based on the professionalism, as that has been my past experienece, but they came in under another bid that had far worse reviews. In 21 years of home ownership, this is the most impressed I've been with any contractor or other trade I've hired to work on my home. I highly recommend them.

I want to acknowledge the 5-star job that we received from Onit Roofing for replacement of our old roof. Mike was extraordinarily patient providing details and options for replacement, answering multiple questions and emails about roofing material options. Materials were neatly delivered the day prior, and on the morning of installation, the team arrived at dawn and were very professional. They worked hard to protect house, plants, and shrubs. Mike was there, supervising and answering questions. Great cleanup after. We now have a beautiful new, high-quality roof and at very reasonable price. Thanks
