I've been a member of Planet Tan since 2005. Customer service always been great. But this closing so early is not too great for those of us that don't leave work till 7pm. They had it at 8pm there for a min now it closes even earlier. So one day a week is my only choice..

I just started going here a couple of months ago and I really like most everyone at this location but I just called and ask the girl why I was charged two different amounts all she would tell me there is tax I said if there's tax one month there would be taxes the 2nd month and what seemed to be an arrogant attitude she said I don't know but taxes are charged. I have my own business and I know what taxes are and what they're not all I wanted was a straight answer

Taylor was the best she helped me walk through the tanning session and inform me on skin care she is better than anyone I have dealt with! Thank you so much Taylor for being better than all the other locations
