Dr Philips is not only one the best dermatologist I've ever met, but also one of the best doctors. My kids and husband have needed a dermatologist for years, and she is by far the best in class! She treated my son exceptionally! She explained things to him, helped him to make informed decisions, was professional and super pleasant. She addressed some of my skin issues and I feel like my skin just glows now! I will be scheduling all my family's appointments with her for now on! For medical, surgical and cosmetic.... she's the best of the best!!!

Dr Phillips worked wonders for my skin. I have seen many doctors for my skin and no one could make the good results last. She has been my physician for 1 year and I couldn't have survived this without her. I'm so happy now. She listened to the problem and corrected it with a logical solution. In 6 months of therapy I had perfect flawless skin. I send all of my friends and family to her now when they compliment my skin. Thank you Dr Rhea.

My experiences at Dr. Phillips' practice have been nothing but positive. Dr. Phillips goes above and beyond to continually follow up with my recovery and any questions I may have. She is very prompt with email and phone responses and will usually get back to me same day. I have also been very pleased with her diagnosis and treatment plans. She has been able to assess my concerns in a very professional, caring, kind, and concise manner while providing exceptional care that has resulted in significant improvements.
