Loyris the store manager was just amazing. My daughter has an extremely difficult prescription to fill due her eye sight being very poor. In the beginning the associate that was helping us was very polite and tried her best to assist us. Apparently Loyris recognized the situation and came over to help the associate. Not take over but kindly directing the associate. As a manager myself I know your people are a reflection of you. I was extremely impressed with Loyris attitude toward everyone. In the end Loyris helped us find frames that would work with my daughters prescription and she loved the style, a major plus. I visited this place a couple weeks ago and the worker Alex was super helpful! He was very sweet and made my visit a wonderful experience! Great staff and amazing place, would visit again!
