I'm thankful for the appointment reminders and advertising. My therapist was amazing! I couldn't have asked for better attention to my requests. She has the most amazing calm about her which is so important to me. Thank you.
Just a follow up from my previous post. The salon was closed on Monday but they called me back since I was on their caller ID the next day! The nail tech told me to come in and and instead of repairing the two nails - she redid the manicure color on both hands. I was very happy the salon rectified the situation and was proactive in ensuring to calling me back and getting me fit in. Their customer service was excellent regarding the situation.
Received a facial here about over a week ago and it was the probably the best facial I've had in a long time. They will definitely be seeing me again when I think I'm due for another one. The person that did assist me was great! She gave many useful tips, and cleaned my face perfectly. I would recommend this place for facials.
