Kathy is a miracle worker! I had a frozen shoulder that was incredibly painful. I tried everything - physical therapy, steroid injections, topical CBD oil, deep tissue massage, NSAIDs, ice/ heating pad to no avail. After the first session with Kathy, I had more range of motion and it continued with each additional session. She is very knowledgeable and has a delightful bedside manner.

Dr Ruan has been by far the best acupuncture doctor I have had the pleasure of seeing and I’ve seen many others in many countries. He is the most caring person and truly wants to improve my very serious and complex health issues.
