I just replaced two Pella doors in my house. I had an issue with the installation. Raul Hernandez, the installation manager, has gone out of his way to fix the issue. I appreciate his dedication to finding a solution and making sure everything was perfect!
This compamy did such an amazing job with our new windows. We had nonoperable windows in our bedroom amd living room amd Fernando was terrific with helping us to determine what it was that we needed that would not obscure the view of our beautiful backyard. He was terrific at picking out the window that would match the rest of the windows in our home. Dolores was amazing with the organizational part of the process. They both assured me that their team would be able to have these installed in one day. I was very concerned as the day that I was scheduled was the day right before Thanksgiving. The entire process was so incredibly easy and the people are honest and nice. Love the windows, the installers were professional and worked very hard to complete the job correctly and quickly. all so very good.
