I used Houston Strong Roofing and these guys are definitely a top tier company and would definitely recommend their services. They had my solar panel removed , roof replaced , and solar panels reinstalled. I didn't need to find a separate company they already had one, so I only had to pay them. No problems at all they were extremely fast as well as extremely careful. Thank you Houston Strong Roofing, for a wonderful job

We hired this company to replace our aging shingles roof after a major hailstorm, and from start to finish, they exceeded expectations. The job included a complete tear-off and installation of new shingles.
The project manager walked us through every step of the process, answered all our questions with patience, and was always available by phone or email. The team showed up on time and everyone was courteous and professional.
The crew was professional, worked efficiently, friendly, and took care to protect our landscaping, provided updates throughout the process. The company's exceptional cleanup impressed, as the crew thoroughly swept the yard with a magnet to ensure no nails were left behind. We’ve already had heavy rain since, and the roof held up perfectly.

The installation itself was professional, and I’m very happy with my choice of CertainTeed Landmark shingles. Great guys and very professional! They took the time to walk us through the process and even when we initially got a decline with my insurance, they were ready with an alternate plan; and in the end, they were able to get everything sorted and get the job done in a day. Their crew is also professional and cleaned and picked up 99% of the debris; it’s hard to get all nails, but they did go over everything multiple times, which was appreciated. I only found 2 nails, no biggie. My house looks great and they made the ventilation of my attic more efficient with roof ridge vents. I definitely recommend them if you’re looking to replace or upgrade your roof!

We shopped 6 different well reviewed local roofing companies, and Houston Strong won our business. Their quote was competitive from a pricing perspective, but there are a couple items that set them apart from the other roofers we talked with.
1) Customer Service -- From the first phone call we had with them, they were very focused on answering our questions. They took the time to understand what we wanted and explained very clearly what they would deliver. When working with my wife and I, they always communicated clearly and did not try to talk down to my wife (as some of their competitors did).
2) Delivering what they promised -- Justine was awesome to work with on this project and she worked tirelessly to ensure the project was completed as we agreed. She went above and beyond to correct any issues we had (which were all small).
3) Certainteed Certifications -- Due to Houston Strong's certifications with Certainteed, they are able to offer better warranty options than we had from competitors, and
4) Certainteed Shingles -- We had Landmark Pro shingles installed and their impact rating reduced our insurance payments by the difference in cost in less than a year.
We also used them for an interior project as well and they delivered equally well for that project. We will be returning to them for our other interior renovation projects that we are planning for house.
