Although my representative, Ms. Janie Harris, was on vacation at the time of my father’s passing, she took the time to personally reach out and extend her condolences to our family. She also reassured us that we were in capable hands during her absence and followed up with us upon her return. Her compassion, professionalism, and genuine kindness left a lasting impression and were deeply appreciated during such a difficult time.
