I would like to thank everyone at AAA plastering for making sure that our pool renovation went smoothly and in a timely manner. Julie was great and answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable with the plastering process. I would highly recommend AAA plastering to anyone wanting to renovate their pool.

I received several bids on new plastering and tile for my pool. AAA was by far the best bid. They started the work when they said they would and they finished on time. Every time I called with a question or concern they answered. There was a slight issue when some tile was placed incorrectly. They immediately fixed the issue. Overall they were super helpful, and quick.

My experience with AAA Pool Plastering was good but some things could be improved when you contract for $13,000. Let's start with the good part, work has been completed in time and as per contract. So you might wonder why I'm not giving them 5 ? Well, when you spend 13,000$ with a company you expect perfect customer experience especially as they were not the best offer I got. Some of their sub-contracted crew could have done a better job at cleaning up when work was complete (which I ended up having to do myself). When I complained to the sales guy, he recognized this was not normal and that he would speak to his manager as I did ask for some monetary compensation for my time/trouble. And after some back and forth, my check eventually arrived in the mail and that makes me believe that you can trust their word and that they care for their brand. I'm ready to recommend them, my tip, just follow up closely with the sales guy so he can stop by and see how things are going during the work and provide guidance to the crews if necessary
