Jeff handled our construction project with honesty and patience, he has an awesome team of sub-contractors-Travis, Joseph, Manuel, Chris, Jose, Ismael, Alexis, Kevin , Micheal, Pablo etc -all talented and creative in their field of work.We are extremely pleased with the result.

I had fabulous experience with Owner Managed Homes. They helped me save more than $10K in builder fees. I was seeking bids to build a home in Lockhart, TX, wanting to do much of it myself, when a church friend recommended OMH, as he had used them for his recent build. Jeff Walling helped me set up the bank loan (banks will only lend to builders with track records, not to homeowners), and he tapped Ramon Garza to be my project superintendent. I chose a partially managed option, and they got me through the rough-in stage, then I managed the interior finish-out.
