I’ve been going to this clinic for 4 years. While the doctors are generally okay, the front desk nurses — especially Nurse Cam — are consistently rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional.
I chose this clinic as my parents' PCP because they don’t speak English well. Instead of offering patience and support, the front desk staff talk down to elderly patients and treat non-English speakers with disrespect. They act entitled, like being a nurse makes them superior to the patients they’re supposed to care for.

Please get care somewhere else. This office staff, especially the receptionist, do NOT care about the patients at all. They can’t even help with a simple request such as changing pharmacy to send medications to. They just want money from you but do not provide any care.

This office doesn’t care about their patients. They only care about hustling for a quick buck. I confirmed with my insurance that this was my doctor but they said it didn’t appear in their system. I asked over the phone if they could confirm that the change was made and they refused until I came in. When I got there they said my insurance wasn’t their system and I would have to pay $80 to see a doctor….. I was so upset I walked out. You have lost a customer for life. I will be telling my friends and family not to come here. I even offered to get my insurance on the phone and confirm that I changed my doctor to them but they refused. Unbelievable….
