Horrendous customer service. They like to pick and choose which customers get what gift with purchase. My friend and I both bought benefit but she only got the gift and they wouldn’t let me have one even though both of us got same product. Before anyone says anything, We could clearly see they had a lot of those gifts. EQAULITY OF CUSTOMERS should be priority.

I really wanted to love my hair. The ladies were saying how good it looked and it's a beautiful color but way darker than I asked for. I tried to give it a week because I was told it would fade but I just couldn't. I asked if she could lighten it a bit more and she started to quote me for highlights (I got highlights and full color).
