A very excellent experience. I got very frustrated because of a billing issue and I I'm very impressed with how she handled my ignorance on the phone and rudeness. Everything is resolved and I would highly recommend anyone with any plumbing needs to utilize as they are excellent and very good at what they do with an absolute focus on customer service and quality installation.
I highly recommend Kenn’s Plumbing. They replaced my vintage plumbing with pex last year and today, when a pipe broke outside during the freeze, they repaired it within a few hours. They even hauled away my old, broken water softener. The customer experience was exceptional, from Tonya, who answered my call and scheduled the appointment, to Josh and Matthew, who came and made the repairs.
Steve Smith was amazing! We had several toilets that needed the insides replaced and the kitchen faucet was a total replacement. He was very professional and personable. If we have any plumbing issues in the future we will definitely be using Steve and Ken's Plumbing!Services: Toilet repair
