Staff is nice and they are so patient and helpful! I’ve had a couple appointments that were canceled on me when I rescheduled. There was probably a misunderstanding. The appointment I would want to cancel stayed on their calendar and the one I rescheduled would cancel on their end after I received a confirmation email for it. I wish they had something to let us know of the appointments were canceled to rescheduled so we are all on the same page.
This problem isn’t a deal breaker because there is nothing wrong with the service they provide. I just had to adjust my schedule a few times because of rescheduled/canceled appointments. Especially because... read full review

Okay y'all-- this is going to sound like Milan paid me to say all this but I PROMISE they didn't...I just can't contain how thrilled I am with my experience there and the results from my treatments!! What stood out to me right off the bat was their approach to presenting treatment options. I was hesitant going into the consultation... anything "free" sounds gimmicky and too good to be true. However, they were incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, and never once did I feel pressured or pushed into anything. It was so refreshing to meet professionals who genuinely cared about my needs and concerns, rather than just making a sale or meeting a quota!!... read full review

Professional in every aspect (the consultation, treatments, and scheduling)! The Fort Worth Hulen location is clean and the nurses/techs are very friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable!!
