    I made an appointment and the hair stylist, she acted like I didn't have an appointment at all and after going back and forth saying I did she finally remembered and told me to come back in another 30 minutes, she gave me attitude and after wondering around for 30 minutes I came back and she told me she didn't have time for me. It would've be fine if she would have said that when I came in but sending me out to wait 30 minutes for nothing made me upset.

    Hayden was so nice and informative. After I got the haircut, I got so much volume.? Then, he asked me for a deep conditioner treatment and my hair felt soo much softer afterwards and it looks healthier!! I left as a happy customer ? I had to take a leave-in conditioner with me. Thank you, Hayden!

    I am a stylist, and an instructor who has very thick hair and needed help applying color, so I walked in one is eating in the salon while the manager is sitting in the chair and immediately looks up at me to say, do you have a mask ? it’s the law !! It was in a very demanding tone, however further in the conversation she subsided that tone and was nice. They proceeded to tell me that the manager doesn’t do color allergic or some reason, and the one eating kept maintaining that she didn’t have time while she kept eating! Omg! Unsanitary! I asked if they had Ola Plex which was a no! It would seem the salon needs to be more well equipped for chemicals and color full review
