I went to get a belt adjusted to fit me, the owner of the shop fit the belt, I then asked how much, and this lovely MAN, said free, I said no! I went to the ATM ,got some cash and gave him what I thought was fair, and then the man tried to give me half of it back, WOW ? there's still wonderful people in the world ?.ijs!!!!

I took a boot to have a sole attached back and the owner was cordial and quick with the service. I received my boot back within 2 days and the quality was satisfactory. The boot wasn't shined or polished, but that's logical because that's a separate option, plus I only left a single boot so that was not pragmatic.

I took my red bottoms in to INQUIRE about repairing the turn leather on the heel. He took the shoe out of my hand, repaired it, and said ...it's free. I have a trunk full of purses, shoes and boots I'm going to drop off. Because of his generosity that one time, he will get all of my money and business moving forward.
