We interview three different builders before we made the right decision to build with Coventry Build on Your Own Lot. Coventry provided us with the right floor plan, expertise and value. They also allow us the flexibility to customize their floor plan to make changes that work for our needs. I just got the keys to our new home. The process was smooth from start to finish. Although our sales rep left company in the middle of the project, our new rep Drew made the transition very smooth and painless. Chris was our project manager and his attention to detail was incredible. He delivered a house and home for us to start the new chapter of our lives. Both Drew and Chris updated us every week and kept us informed of everything taking place. This house is the third time we have built a house (second time with Coventry) and has been by far the easiest and most painless. This company could not care less about fixing the issues with the home. During the purchase they brag about how good their warranty and service are. We are 3 months past closing and it's clear that the warranty department has no intention of fixing our discolored counters, damaged interior garage door, scratched windows, not to mention the countless cosmetic issues that I haven't bothered with. Do yourself a favor and avoid Coventry like the plague. I guarantee the customer satisfaction rating they brag about on their site will be going down after our survey.
