We were blessed to have had them come to our house, and offer help! We had already had our insurance company run one other roofer away. After 4 months of their run arounds (never replying to estimates, quotes, phone calls, texts, and emails), the roof just stopped trying. I was lost against the big insurance company. In stepped Blue Hammer. They took over. They reassured me, they had it. I was very skeptical. The insurance company went into their bag of tricks. Not letting me see what the original on-site adjuster had written up. They were only offering a small percentage of what the original adjuster had told me he had written up. I didnt even know that, **** Hammer figured that out. The came up with different adjusters at the office, changing a total of 8 times! Each and every time, we would have to start from scratch. They knew nothing of our claim. They all claimed they did not get any of the paperwork. Then they wanted to reinspect the property, after several months. Then they told us several times that things were not covered, or they didnt pay for certain things. **** Hammer reassured me they did and do pay for those things. They had them on several other claims, pay those things. They were flat out lying to me. I would have never known if it was for Blue Hammer. The insurance company kept pushing back on what they wanted to pay for things being done to my 11 month old house. I had original prices, from the original installation of things (gutters, garage doors, fence, lanai, and on and on). They wanted to pay much less. But Blue Hammer told me, they have to pay for the same original as replacements. They were truly God sent. They have a back end of the company that helped me with not only the roof, but everything else. They didnt turn and run when it got tough. They want you to get what you deserve. Their two main contact people, ***************************** and *****************, never wavered. They are absolutely FANTASTIC! I just wish everybody knew about Blue Hammer!

Blue Hammer was So Professional and Trustworthy. They helped rescue ** from another company that was being so slow, and just wanting ** to spend more and more money. Blue Hammer was totally different - they immediately understood what we needed and wanted to be prepared for the next Hurricane, and they found everything we needed at a good price. The sales representative (CG) was excellent at communication and staying on top of everything - unlike the company we had to fire. The whole crew was so kind and skilled. They worked in such extensive heat, and got so much done, so quickly. I also appreciated how well they took care of the demolition of the damaged roofing, making sure it didn't get into our yard, plants, or become a hazard for us or our 3 dogs. They were so diligently safe! I highly recommend Blue Hammer to anyone in need!

GREAT EXPERIENCE! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We interviewed 3 other companies for the job, this being my first roof damage experience was challenging! Everyone has a ton of opinions, not to mention the online stuff. However, Sanad was our agent, and he handled everything from A-Z! Was very thorough in explaining everything, giving us all our options and helping us decide whats best for us without feeling like we are getting hounded! His team was very thorough, timely, professional, and they got the job done in just a few days! And we Loved our final result !! Definitely an upgrade!! I would highly recommend this company !!

I had the pleasure of having Evan Warth as my project manager for replacing my roof, which had been damaged by hail. He made the entire process easy and stress-free by proactively working hard to ensure the job was completed efficiently. What impressed me the most was his attention to detail, ensuring that my roof was installed properly to prevent any potential future issues. On the day of the roof installment, Brian Alexander also did an excellent job managing the project and ensuring everything was done right. Despite the hot weather, the crew worked hard and got the job done. I highly recommend Blue Hammer for any roofing replacement project.
