The crew was very pleasant and professional, and they finished on time. They were doing mold remediation, and did a great job. The office staff was helpful and easy to work with. I’m glad we chose to work with ServPro.
Jesse, the team leader, was very kind, considerate & neat. He took the time to answer all our questions, patiently & kept us informed of what to expect next. After removing our tile floors throughout the house, they went to great lengths to lay down plastic pathways so that we could get around in our home over the several weeks it would take to rebuild everything so our shoes would not be sticking to the old, strong tile glue. They were definitely very polite & service oriented.
This team was fast! I had an emergency in my home. My floors had water everywhere. I didn’t know what to do. They showed up within the hour and started extracting. This was the first time I experienced something like this. They helped me understand the whole process. Thank you Brittany for helping me and my family.
