He attended to a somewhat emergency situation, my buyers are buying a hsitoric home, we needed his assistance to turn on the gas and testing for leaks as well as locating the water shut off that was in the house for the house to be inspected. He looked at some other things and discovered other plumbing issues that needed attention, we really appreciated him and his expertise.
