I came here for the first time with my kitty and they did an amazing job! I was so impressed how kind all of the techs were and they were fabulous! They were able to immediately set me up in an exam room and my cat loved everyone.
We loved our visit here! They were able to work us into their schedule the day of to help my boy out with an ear infection. They were insistent on helping him feel better asap, even though their schedule was packed. They were so kind and patient with my nervous dog. We couldn’t have asked for better staff to help us out!
We have 2 dogs (15 years old and 4 years old) and have been taking them to Van Stavern for a little over 3 years now. Dr. Nelson is hands down one of the best vets we have ever had. She is extremely knowledgeable, kind and personable. She has gone above and beyond to care for our dogs and her communication skills to explain what is going on and what she recommends is phenomenal. All the front staff are very kind and helpful! Look no further, this is the vet clinic to go to!
