I have been 1 time and although the visit was good, trying to get an appt here is ridiculous. I don't know if there's not enough employees or what. To get a microderm I'd have to book at least 2 wks outs and for a message, I have looked on the calendar all the way for a month out and only person I ever see is Peter with light message. Not sure if he is the only messus or what but I need firm to deep, would like some kind of choice in people and certainly can't book a month in advance. I've had my membership for years but guess I will be canceling as it's completely useless here.
This is such a peaceful place. They keep it very clean and the atmosphere is soothing and relaxing with music and low lighting. My massage was AMAZING. The amount of pressure was just right and relieved all the tension in my neck and shoulders. I would come here weekly if I could. Highly recommend.
If you're looking for a massage go somewhere else. If you're looking for a facial I can't recommend Roberta enough! I tried all of their massage therapists and ended up either hurt or with no relief. The facial experience was much different and I've gone back many times for Roberta!
