My wife and my dad have been doing their taxes for 5 yrs. The workers are very respectful and helpful. They really take care of their clients. Very clean and sanitized environment. I highly recommend wycotax for your income tax.
Totally awesome experience!! Chris and Juan took their time to explain all about taxes and did a great job! I’m excited to have them as part of my team. Great customer service but regarding competitive advantage to other tax preparers there is a lot of improvement to be made. For example for a simple single income tax filling they charge 160 dollars where most tax preparers charge 60-70 dollars or even lower if you do it online and have you AGI number. Nice young people but from a business perspective this will make a lot of possible customers to go to the HR Block down the road.
