Easy breezy! Extremely clean and convenient location with free parking within a block of location. I almost never have a wait for my appointments, and the techs provide excellent customer service every time. Highly recommend!

Always a quick, comfortable, and pleasant experience at Pretty Kitty. They talk to you throughout your appointment which is nice. Only giving 4 stars because the quality of the waxing itself depends on the esthetician you get - sometimes I leave my appointment with stray hairs/bumps/irritation. Also, at my last visit, the esthetician was chill and funny but wasn’t very gentle with my skin - for the first time ever, I was sore for the next two days! I’m going to look into having a consistent esthetician here rather than booking random appointments.

Olivia H. is by far the BEST! I've been going to Pretty Kitty for 3 years now and I literally will always/only come here. They are by far the best in cleanliness, service, materials, experience, ambiance and more. Olivia specifically is so fun to talk to, she's a genuine person and so kind and always makes me feel comfortable. Highly recommend Olivia!!Services: Bikini waxing
