What an amazing experience!! I am from Houston, and came here on a last minute mani / pedi need. Kelly is FANTASTIC!! My nails and toes are the BEST I have ever had done. I am a perfectionist, and they take it to the next level! Very clean, kind, accommodating and overall PERFECTION!! If it could give 10 stars I would. If you see a bed review, look that reviewer up... it will explain itself.. if you are in Austin, or just visiting,, GO and relax!!
Kelly and her team are extremely professional and very welcoming. I’ve been coming here for almost 3 years now, and had not been back since early March because of COVID. I dropped in 30 minutes before closing time and was welcomed in with no hesitation. They have set up plexiglass between you and the manicurist and keep the entire place clean and sanitized.
I have been going to Perfect Nails for the past two years and ever since Kelly and her team took over it’s been AMAZING! They call you by your name and are so nice! As long as I’m living in Austin, I will always chose them as my nail salon!
