The circulator on our hot water heater had given out. Our hot water heater is also 20 years old. Another plumber has suggested that we do the tankless water heater. Miguel came out and walk me through the pros and cons. I actually learned that for the size of our house one tankless water heater would not have been enough; we would need two plus the modifications that would need to be done to our propane lines. Thanks to Miguel, I chose not to go down the tankless route, which would have been the wrong decision. Miguel educated me more than anybody else so that I could make a responsible decision and I really really appreciate that.
Like many Austin-based service industry companies, ABC is stretched too thin in our booming city. I had to request a senior technician after getting frustrated with a less experienced tech originally assigned to my service call, who didn’t resolve the problem with my AC system. Frank handled the issue, including coming back to finish the job the next day.
We received years of pool services from another pool company which, last year was sold and consequently their service under new Management deteriorated very much. Consequently, we were looking for a new company for repairs of our pool equipment and called ABC where we were given an appointment shortly. Robert came and examined our pool set up, he has a tremendous knowledge with a great personality which makes it a wonderful combination.
