Absolutely phenomenal experience. I had the honor to have Dr.Zamora and Alyssa ! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and ease throughout my visit. The waiting area was inviting and calming, which helped alleviate any pre-appointment nerves.
I have always been very afraid at the dentist. This is the only place I’ve been to where they understand patients like me. If they numb me and I feel any bit of pain, they stop immediately and figure out where it’s coming from. The dentist - Dr. Zamora - is my favorite. She explains what she is doing and why she is doing it, step by step. I had an implant, an extraction, and a crown done all in one day. She makes sure I’m feeling okay when I leave and her office staff calls the next day to make sure it’s going well. She is also great about calling in pain medication to help the healing process. They were able to take my husband as a new patient on a Saturday when he woke up with a swollen jaw and an angry molar. Everyone was empathetic and very helpful. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
