Super sweet lady who works there! She takes her time with your nails and pays close attention. She is thorough and particular about sanitation, which is great! She even gave me a discount for next time from the full price, so I will definitely be going back to her!

The owner completely turned around what could have been a very bad situation. I arrived promptly at my scheduled time for a mani/pedi, but my nail technician had apparently left for the day. Apparently, she can't be bothered serving Groupon customers. However, the owner was still in and she stopped what she was doing to do my nails herself. Very nice. She could have asked me to come back later, which I most certainly would not have, but things turned out fine. I hope she gets rid of the bourgeois nail tech.
