I like the attention and professionalism that we received at the front desk. The staff that works there is very friendly and the parking is convenient in the lot not congested. Dr. Uche was the attending physician, when my child had an appointment there. He explained her test results to me and when I asked for recommendations for a specialist, I received the referral in a timely manner.
Great clinic. Dr.s are informative and respect your input. I’ve been able to get my little ones in for last minute sick visits same day. Over all pleasant experience. They even scheduled all first year checkups months in advance.
I have noticed that many reviews share similar experiences to mine. The doctor assigned to my children appeared to be disinterested and rushed during our visit. She even neglected to prescribe necessary ointments for their skin conditions, despite my request due to their severe scratching. However, I must commend the staff for their pleasant and helpful demeanor.
