Ernie's has been good to us. They have been able to respond to our calls for toilet trouble assistance within hour(s), and for my elderly Mother- that is really important! The last technician was Robert and he was kind, polite, and very thorough.

Michael Johnson was very knowledgeable and thorough in diagnosing our plumbing issue. He was extremely courteous and professional throughout the process. He fixed our immediate issue and presented long term solutions for us to consider. Beyond this, we will personally ask for him in the future as plumbing issues arise.

Greg came out and checked a water heater after we had it disconnected for home repairs. He also replaced a water faucet off the side of the house. He had been here years ago installing a water heater. Great work, as always! On time, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. We always call Ernie’s!
