I worked with Optimo Air & Heat twice, both times were to clear the clogged drain pipe. The first time was through American Home Shield, they came out and cleared the pipe for me. The pipe got clogged up again a month later, it was due to some of the debris being flushed upstream last time according to Optimo. So I called American Home Shield again and I was told that it has passed 30 days and I had to submit a new request, and I also found out that Optimo Air & Heat was not with American Home Shield anymore. So I skipped American Home Shield, they only work with the most dishonest and incompetent contractors, the good ones will not stay with them. I had really bad experiences...read full review

Gave me an honest evaluation with options. I opted to upgrade my old system. Set up service quickly for a whole new air cond unit. Arrived on time, finished on time. Price for equipment and install was good. Have used them since we moved to the area several years ago and will continue.

I have continued to search for a reliable A/C company, and I have found it. Edwin was responsive to my calls, held all time commitments, and was transparent on the requisite repairs.Also, this was the first A/C company I used which has NOT smelled like a pack of cigarettes.Edwin has won my future business.Service: AC repair
